i feel like it’s one of those fandoms where you’ve got to have a little faith in the amount of people who are into it. you’ve got to sink into the fandom to understand it. it can be hard when you first start reading the comic and may take a few (or many) tries to get into. (especially if you don’t realise you’re meant to read the ‘pesterlogs’ *whistles*) but i think most people who give it an honest shot, reach the point where they realise what all the fuss is about.
